A perfect option if advice is needed on a number of areas, a little more in-depth than the design consultation, to take the ideas a little further. Or for those considering improving their home or as a fantastic way of increasing sale or rental value.
The package includes:
- Initial consultation. An essential part of the project is a viewing of the space, discussing your requirements, budget, and to think about some initial ideas and suggestions.
- Room layout design. This is one of the most important aspects of a design, you will find out how to arrange the furniture and appliances in your home so that your room is aesthetically pleasing whilst being comfortable and functional.

- Additional consultation, £50/1hour
The presentation will be posted to you within 1 week of consultation for you to implement.
The prices quoted above are for residential customers only living within 60 miles of Reading - clients living further afield will be charged an additional pre-arranged travel fee.

Solutions: The owners had a problem with the functional distribution of equipments despite the large space. Demolishing the wall between the lounge and kitchen allowed me to create an open plan living area. Also introduced a partially closed space for the home office between lounge and bathroom (see solution 1). The bathroom was successfully enlarged thanks to small changes. The dining area found its place in the centre of the house (see solution 1) or near the window in solution 2. |

Solutions: The bedroom with floor to ceiling wardrobe on the length of the wall gives ample space for storage in the first solution. The small pantry in the kitchen reduced its size considerably. I replaced the pantry with large quantity of cabinets. The location of chimney determines the location of the fireplace but you can still choose between a corner or a standard one. |
